Our sessions run for one hour every weekend, from Friday to Sunday. Each class begins with a calming 10-minute meditation to help you settle your mind and prepare your body for practice.

 We then move into a 30-minute main practice, which varies depending on the focus of the day and the needs of the group. Following this, we spend 10 minutes in guided discussion, where you’ll receive individual feedback and reflect together as a class. The session concludes with 10 minutes of gentle stretching, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Due to the intimate nature of our studio, we host a maximum of six participants per class, and the location is shared exclusively with current members. Our classes are currently full, but if you click the contact button below, we’ll notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.
