Meet Luna - Your New Yoga Instructor
In 2022, during my final year at university, I found myself struggling under the pressure of exams. The stress began to affect my wellbeing, and despite trying various ways to manage it, nothing seemed to make a lasting difference.
One day after a lecture, I overheard a conversation about yoga and how it had helped someone improve their life. Curious, I struck up a conversation and learned about a yoga class offered through the university’s extracurricular programme.
What started as a simple class quickly became a passion. Through regular practice, my confidence grew, my focus improved, and I felt more balanced both mentally and physically. Yoga not only helped me regain a sense of calm and self-belief, but it also positively impacted my academic performance. It became something I wanted to continue for life, and it shaped the direction I wanted to take moving forward.
Who is Lunara Yoga For?
Lunara Yoga is for anyone who has ever felt inadequate, self-critical, or disconnected from their sense of self-worth. My sessions are designed to offer gentle support, practical tools, and mindful techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and build confidence from within.
Each session is thoughtfully curated and personalised, creating a nurturing space where you are encouraged to move at your own pace and honour who you are in each moment. My hope is that you leave every session feeling lighter, more grounded, and proud of the progress you’ve made.
